I can only afford to pay once to have repairs done, Countryside was highly recommended, so I took my 2 mowers in. The shop is exactly what they advertise, a repair shop. There is obvious signs everywhere that MANY customers know this is where to bring their equipment too!! If there wasn't a wait to have my mower looked at, that would have made me very leary. This made me happy with my choice to come here!!! I explained what was wrong with each mower as much as I could, (I still can't figure out how my employee broke what he did) I was very happy with the time it took to repair them. The repair price was very reasonable, and extremely cheaper than buying new ones!! Based on the quality of their work, I've taken in my gas blower & chain saw, my shears, loppers, antiquite weed wacker & ax!!! Yes the owner sharpens them too!!! Not only have I found a great repair shop, the owner even gave me tips on how to use each to their potential! Repairs, helpful tips, and always greeted with a smile, I feel like I stepped back to the seventies, when mechanics loved what they were doing, and were damn good at it!! As long as I stay in the lawn care business Countryside will ALWAYS have my business!!!

My company took our air compressor to this establishment to have a warranty repair done. That was in July, almost 4 MONTHS AGO. The owner claims to have not been paid by the company that holds the warranty, but he took himself off of their list of businesses they work with... So they can't pay him unless he fills out some paperwork and answers their repeated phone calls.

I confronted the owner in his shop and he put it all off on the warranty company. Told me he won't give me my compressor until they pay him, yet HE is the one preventing himself from getting paid. I have NEVER encountered a business with such little regard for their customers.

My company does insurance work all the time, and WE fight for our customers so we can get paid... We do not put off our responsibilities and mistakes on our customers.

This place is a complete and total joke. I have never met a business owner so ignorant in my life.

Run- to another repair shop!

I was charged $65. to fix a badly running mower. I specifically asked if it was worth fixing- the response was that it just needed a tune-up. When I got it home & used it on my small lawn, although running better, it clearly was still not right. I immediately called & took it back- they said they'd call when it was done. When I finally called 2 weeks later, the owner told me that it wasn't worth fixing. When I reminded him that I had just paid him $65., he responded that I took it home and bent the blade & rotor before I took it back. Ridiculous!! No refund- just him whining that he's been doing this for 34 years. Wonder how many people he's ripped off in that time. I wish I had read the reviews first...

Took a grass blower in to be repaired. It took several weeks and the repair only lasted for one usage. Took the blower back in and they wanted me to pay again. I already had paid about $50 so I went and bought a new blower. Would never go back there again as they do not stand behind their work.

Took my weed eater here to be fixed, it had locked up, couldn't pull the cord to get it started. This place claimed we had not used gas/oil blend and said we needed a new engine and it would take a couple months to get one in. We knew we used the proper fuel mixture and therefore did not trust him, we said we did not want him to fix it. He said he would have to charge us $25 to put it all back together (again, seemed sketchy). We paid it, reclaimed the weed eater and took it somewhere else. The other person we took it to said it had clearly NOT been taken apart or checked out and that the problem was a blockage in the carburetor causing the engine to run lean, over heat, and lock up. They got it up and running again without any new parts needed.
