Auntie Em's in Lawence, KS is such a great find. The service is good, the food is great and the price is excellent. Were can you find a fresh deli sandwhich were you can choose the bread, meat, cheese and vegetables. Sandwhich is made fresh when ordered, I mean the meat and cheese are cut fresh, just like in the old time meat markets. You can by fresh sandwhichs, meat and cheese by the pound, Amish products, such as noodles, canned goods, candies.



The cheese at Auntie Em's is like none I've ever had. I am not a Swiss cheese person, but alltheir cheeses are soft and creamy. With flavors such as Lacey Swiss, Cheddar Horseradish, provalone, cheddars, etc you can't go wrong. Please give this place a shot, let's keep it open.
