We had a 20 year old system that never seemed to cool the house down enough in the summer and finally failed a couple weeks back. Roger was able assess the system/current problems and recommended a complete replacement. He was very thorough and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Roger and his helper were extremely nice and profesional thoughout the entire process. Roger is the most honest contractor I have had work on my house. We had a 36 years old heater with a broken thermostat. I called Stability heating after I got their number from the yellow pages website. Roger made an appointment for us right away. He came and assessed the problem and gave us a very affordable estimate. Months later, he came back and explained to us in great details how he needs to replace our old heater and answered all of our question with knowledge and complete honesty. A week later, he came back and did the work just according to the plan. Roger and his helper worked quick, quite, clean and very professional. We highly recommend Stability heating and air to every household who wants honest and professional workers to take care of heating and cooling issues.

Roger and his crew recently installed a centralized heating system in my home here in Torrance. Roger was very friendly in explaining all the work to be performed and his price was very reasonable. He and his crew started the job exactly when they said they would and arrived at my house at 8 Am sharp every morning. They worked hard and only stopped to have lunch. They were very careful not to damage my hardwood floors which I appreciate very much!. When the job was done Roger showed me how the system works and we went over all the work that was done. Roger and his crew did an excellant job cleaning up the work area after the job was finished. I highly recommend Stability Heating and I will use them in the very near future!

Roger recently installed new vents and central air conditioning in our home. Even providing the quote he was very helpful and spent time explaining the process to us. His work was meticulous and he made sure we understood what he did and why. We highly recommend him.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his Forman after requesting an estimate for a furnace overhaul. I was overwhelmed by the amount of information required to make proper decisions. Roger really took his time and explained everything. He could have sold me equipment that would have been overkill and costly. He measured every room and researched my needs intensely. Once completed, Roger and Richard explained very patiently as to how our new system worked. Even after he left, I called him hours later because I was confused. Without hesitation he said he would be right over. I would highly recommend this company as we were thoroughly impressed.

This is the second time I hired this contractor, he was very detailed oriented and performed an outstanding job, on both of my properties. I Strongly recommend this contractor, he is very interested in getting his work meticulosly done to leave his customer satisfied no matter how long it takes. he even came back a couple of weeks later to make sure I was totally Satisfied. WHAT A SERVICE!!!!!!!!

We recently had Stability Heating and Air replace our furnace and the entire ducting in our house. They were not the lowest nor the highest bid, but Roger from Stability Heating and Air was very thorough and honest when it came to the estimate. They did not try to give us the lowest bid just o get the job. You could tell they wanted to finish the job with quality so that we will be happy with the job.



We are very satisfied with the job that they have done. They did everything that they have promised, and more. We are very happy with the furnace that we got and the ducting job that they have done.

You did a great job of installing my new heater. You are very professional and you do everything you promise. You're prompt and go about your work efficiently. I like that you check back later to ensure that everything is working as it should be.

I called Stability Heating & Air TWICE this year!! The first time was during the summer when my A/C shut down on me during the hotest days. Roger walked me through right over the phone to get the system going to see if it is something simple to fix. Thankfully, it was. A few weeks later the A/C goes out again. I tried the steps that Roger taught me, but no prevail. I immediately called Roger. He quickly schedules a visti to save the day!! We found out that I needed the entire switch box changed outside, some of the fuses were burnt and my house could have caught on fire. God knows when. If it was not for him having this box ready for me that same day, we would have had to wait longer to get A/C repaired. He was very professional with reasonable prices and gave me recommendations to maintain the system throughout the year. I definitely use Roger's company to help me with my A/C and Heating issues. I recommend him all the way!!
