The dental work that I had done there was satifactory but the customer service sucks! I have been trying for months to resolve a billing problem. Not one of my phone calls have ever been returned. When i call who ever answeres the phone is plesant, understanding and nice but that is where it ends. I have been told several times that 3 invoiced marked as Paid In Full would be mailed to me. I am still waiting. I know that they know my address because once a month they send me a bill! I don't owe them anything and have had the last 2 office managers assure me that they would take care of the dispute and send me the receipts but neither of them ahve. This has dragged on for close to a year now. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK and would NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES recommend them to anyone. Customer service used to stand for something.
