Provided by YP.comScoop (as the locals call it) is one of the best ice cream spots in the whole Valley. All super-high-premium ice cream is made on site, the employees are fantastic, the owners are constantly fundraising and helping the local Laveen community, and the ice cream is simply amazing. Great for birthday parties, too!
