Bad customer service. I brought a expensive sweater in to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it was shrunken. When I brought it to their attention I was told they would fix it and to come back in a week. I came back and it still wasn't ready. Came back 2 weeks later and they gave it to me just as it was when I picked it up. After trying to tell me it didn't shrink when clearly it now look like a child's size. Then they offered me 10$ off my next cleaning as if I would trust them with any of my clothes. Never again
