Excellent service. Rolando was at my house for 5h and carefully cleaned everything. The house even smells differently. We brush cleaned all the ducts, sanitized them and cleaned the 2 blowers. Highly recommend!

We had our ducts cleaned by Junior L. Showed up when he said he would. Showed me everything that was wrong and how he would clean them. I will recommend your company.

We had an emergency situation and a technician was sent the same day. The technician was very helpful, fixed the situation and explained everything thoroughly, and got the system working. His expertise and professionalism was of the highest quality. I would recommend this company.

I called around for a bunch of different quotes for a new A/C recently and these guys were the first to respond. Tech Efrain was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very straight-forward and knows his craft and that's hard to come by these days.

My AC stopped working and I called Cool Air USA to come to my house and inspect the unit. Jr who came to handle this job was very professional, knowledgeable and patient.

Don't call Cool Air USA unless you want to be treated poorly and insulted by their management (General Manager Adam). I have spent well over $4,000 on my system and they have has to come out twice in less than 12 months of install. Their Techs did their job and fixed it eventually but when it came to talking about facts, Adam went so far as to scream at me and insult me as a customer. Thankfully, there are plenty of companies who work to earn their client's trust and business with A/Cs. This is just not one of them. I will never use them again and would recommend against them in the future based on my poor experience. It's just not worth it. Hope this helps someone who needs this type of service so that they won't have to go through what I did.

We had 2 service calls that were handled by the same technician, David. David was highly skilled, professional and very knowledgeable about AC systems. I highly recommend Cool Air USA for any air conditioning needs.

Every contact with Cool Air has been a pleasant and positive experience. I couldn't be more impressed with their techs - one even returned 2 gold pieces that I left in an old secret hiding place in the wall !!! Talk about honest !!! I had Cool Air USA come to my home to inspect my unit because I wanted to replace the Ac, they were very polite they were extremely courteous explain to me all my options told me exactly how the NAC would be installed explain to me step-by-step the process and how everything would take place.

Great company service my unit while I was out of town had my housekeeper there felt very secure and safe with them in my home my housekeeper told me they were always working never slacked off even though I wasn't there

Cool Air USA was as good as I have expected. We lost our A/C and they sent a technician past 9 in the evening. He didn’t return home until he didn’t finished that job. By the next day, he called back to see if everything is well. Good company and good service for me.

I’m new here in Florida and I’m not keen on the HVAC companies here. I called this particular place for a needed air-con repair but they gave me an estimate of $800. That was too much for me. I called Cool Air and they gave me an estimate of $500. That’s $300 of savings.



They sent me good and timely guy who fixed my air-con right away.
