Lynn Tucco is the best Manager for the Enterprise Car Rental Agency. Why?

Her staff and her constantly go out of there way to ensure customer satisfaction, which is always first and foremost. They are also so pleasant with an upbeat attitude, and that always has a way of making your day better, no matter what your going through. The vehicles are always clean, shining, smelling good, and safe. Every business wish they could follow this footprint on customer satisfaction, and going the extra mile. It really makes a great difference at the end of the day! Thank you Enterprise Car Rental Agency for retaining such priceless Management/Staff, job well done.

I love the people at this Enterprise, but ordered a passenger van to carry 6 large adults, well in advance. Was switched with an SUV which my passengers were polite enough not to complain about, but was NOT what I wanted or ordered. I don't think it was the employees' fault, rather the unseen puppetmasters calling the shots. If I had to do this more often, I would pay extra at another rental agency.
