We have a large house with children, cats and a dog in Niskayuna. The Good Maids cleans our home regularly. They are good and affordable, and we trust them with our keys. I would recommend them to anybody.

We have been using the Good Maids for over 10 years. We have lived in Europe and in different states in America and always used cleaning services for our house. The Good Maids is clearly the best service we have ever had, by virtue of the quality they deliver, their consistancy and their willingness to do a little bit more. We have recommended the Good Maids to many friends and acquaintances.

The "Good Maids" should be named the "Bad Maids"! My experience with them was very negative. Not only did they not do a good job cleaning, they didn't do ANY cleaning! Unfortunately, no one could be home at the time the maid came. Imagine our dismay and shock when we came home to find that not one floor had been washed, not one carpet vacuumed, not one bathroom cleaned, no furniture dusted...NOTHING! When my husband called to complain, the owner was very rude and not helpful at all. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone. People should know that this company has no integrity, and you will not get what you paid for.
