STAY AWAY! Mark promises satisfaction guaranteed but he does not deliver on that promise. He contracted out another videographer as he had scheduled another wedding on our day. Mark never told us he would not be filming our wedding, the other photographer just showed up. He filmed it in the WRONG Format. Mark tried to fix the video THREE times because the quality was so poor but it could not be fixed. He reluctantly agreed to refund our $ "By the end of the year" which I responded I would like it in 30 days because I don't want to drag this out. He then sent me a THREATENING EMAIL where he stated I should sue him and he was refusing to refund our money . He threatened to sue me if I WROTE AN HONEST REVIEW. Please, stay away from Mark Richards of Videos by Mark and Beverly. You don't even get what you paid for.

My daughter attended a bridal show in Las Vegas and came home with what seemed a "ton" of flyers and brochures. When it came to choosing a videographer we were shocked to discover that just about every wedding videographer at the show were charging $1,500 and more for a basic wedding video along with "hidden costs." (extra DVDs, photo montage, multiple locations, etc.) The last flyer we came across was Videos by Mark and Beverly advertising that they will videotape a wedding and reception for $595 with no time limit and no hidden costs and a money back guarantee. I phoned "Mark" who was more than happy to bring samples of his recent work to our home - and we were very impressed with his quality of work. And when he told us that my daughter's wedding DVD will be ready THE NEXT DAY - that clinched the deal. (We called other Las Vegas wedding videographers and were told that it would be anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks before a bride gets to see her wedding video)



To that end I recommend that you shop around for a wedding videographer and then compare their prices to the $595 all-day video coverage provided by Mark and Beverly.
