First of all, every time expect once, when I have called someone actually answered the phone and was able to help me right away and the one time I did leave a message I got a call back right away. That is what I call customer service.
They have GREAT RATES…I was able to get a Auto, Renter, and Life Policy with them for the less than I was paying with my previous insurance company.
Recommend them?…you bet 5 stars!
