I have been looking for over a month to find a nice Ford Mustang convertible. I found a couple of nice ones but the places wouldnt even talk to me after they saw my credit. I tried to go to Boulder Hwy but was scared to go into some of those places and a lot of the cars I saw were a MESS. I was driving home and came across Universal Auto on east Sahara. The lot was beautiful and the cars were very nice. They had a few Mustangs and i test drove and fell in love with the one I ended up buying, due to the GREAT service and the no hassle financing. I recommend Universal Auto if you want a nice used car and dont want to pay a fortune for it.

Having been turned off by dealerships in the past that have treated me like dirt because of a low credit score, I was not looking forward to car shopping this time around. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Universal Auto is a complete (and appreciated) departure from your average car dealership. They treated me like a human being despite my low credit score and worked with me to finance a car for me that I LOVE! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and patient which are all traits that I had previously thought did not exist in employees from other dealerships. I was never pressured into signing paperwork that day (although I did), which other dealerships seem to start wanting you to do the second you step foot on the lot. I am confident that I made the right decision on my car purchase and am proud to say that Universal Auto will have a lifelong customer.
