I used the Travelworm web site last spring and at the time, everything went well. To my surprise, I was charged for my hotel room again several months later. I immediately tried to pursue reimbursement and was pretty much blown off by almost everyone I talked to that had to do with the company. One gentleman actually told me that there were so many claims out there that they were unable to get to them each month. He recommended contacting the BBB. I filed a complaint and recently found out that there’s nothing further I can do besides take them to small claims court. Consider yourself warned—DO NOT USE TRAVELWORM.
