I had Terminix for less than a year. My wife paid the technician cash and he gave us a receipt but did not keep the receipt. A month later they say i owe them for the previous service. I argued that we had paid and they said they would investigate. A month went by with not response. I called and they said they were still investigating while at the same time i received a call from another Terminix person saying my bill was going into collection. I was shocked that they could both have different information as to what was happening. I had them put a stop to sending my bill to collection until the investigation was over and they agreed. Following month i get a hit on my credit report and they said they called although no message was left for me. After arguing it all I ended up paying the bill AGAIN with the collection agency. After paying the agency the Terminix people call me saying they had not found sufficient evidence proving i had paid HELLO! I told your Terminix employee 2 days ago
