I ordered an item from this company through the Best Buy marketplace and once I received the item from the mail and noticed it was the wrong item so I e-mailed them for a refund, then the person e-mailed me back a RA number to have the item returned. I returned the item before the deadline and I am still waiting for my refund as of now, I hope someone from technology galaxy reads this comment and grant me my refund please. Also, I already e-mailed you guys my order form to prove that the item I ordered was documented and it was your company's product delivery fault that the incorrect item was sent to me and this mishap needs to be dealt with and resolved, and again please grant me my refund.

Buyer beware of this company because they have the worst customer service and do not order their products online because I purchased one of their products and this company delivered me the wrong product. Their online ads are misleading and I have not received my refund yet. I called several times and left several messages but with no luck, I still have not received one call till this day and it's been over two weeks. My advice to other people about this online seller, shop somewhere else online and stay away from there misleading ads products on the web.
