I drive an 2012 Audi A3 TDI, which is a real challenge to get a smog cert for...only one other place in the Vegas area that I know of; it's north of the city and they charge $50. These guys figured out that if it's possible to turn off the ETC system on a FWD-only Audi TDI (dashboard switch on my A3), they could smog certify the car. Test only cost $35. They were fast and courteous. I've used them twice now, and will be posting their location on the TDIClub's forum. I highly recommend these folks!

worst place ever! tech are very unfriendly. i have used it two time due to its convenience but believe me i will never be back. i was in a hurry didn't realised engine lights turned on the tech ignore it and run the test anyway just to say it FAIL and collect his money. Bad bad bad customer service!
