I have had more fun working out here than anywhere else! The instructors are so nice and patient and the workout are always fun! I always look forward to going! Plus I am learning how to do some pretty cool things in aerial silks and anti gravity yoga that I never thought I would be able to!

Shine fitness is spectacular. The anti-gravity yoga class was the first class I took and I fell in love. It provides you with some of the same poses in traditional yoga without the restrictions of the floor. You will be inverted at some point in the class! It is so much fun. The extreme boxing class has quickly become one of my favorite workouts. You are guaranteed to walk away sweating and knowing you just left a great workout. I HIGHLY recommend Shine for any age range. I was in the Navy for four years and the extreme boxing class is by far one of the best workouts I have EVER had.
