On Jan 12th I dropped off a dry clean only sequin evening dress to be shortened & dry cleaned & after they dry cleaned it the sequins came off no problem thinking this is an upstanding business, WRONG! The staff there was polite BUT the OWNER was very rude & said "my dress ruined his machine and showed me the label dry clean only" I thought this is a dry cleaning establishment hmm??? He refused to repay any money for my ruined dress, the dry cleaning, or the shortening! DO NOT USE SEVILLE CLEANERS! THEY ARE CROOKS!
