I really would give them a half of star if possible.I waited in line for 20 min w a manager standing around doing nothing! I asked her if she was a manager and why wasnt she hlpn out w the long line, she replied I'm working on something else, just the first time I was talked tht way by a manager. there was clearly 12 ppl in line? Is this the kind of ppl ross employee and then just work 1-2 cashier's. I will shop at ross again because of there great deal's, just never at this location even though I'm blocks away.
