I have to say that Ron Reynolds really knows his stuff. Every time I have questions for him he knows the answers, and has the proof to back up why he's giving me the advice. I probably shouldn't be surprised because he's been an attorney for over 30 years, but for someone as skeptical as me, it's a real comfort to know what I'm being told is time tested and true! Over the years I've had the chance to get to know him well and not only is he a great attorney, he's a family man and a friend. How many people can say that about lawyers today???

I have had the pleasure of dealing with not only the senior partner, Ronald H. Reynolds, Esq., but with his staff, as well. He is a truly knowledgeable and strategic attorney, an advocate for my situation from the start, and was very honest and informative about the pros and cons of my potential case. Mr. Reynolds' staff was so professional, courteous and extremely helpful. As I am not one to take the first "diagnosis", I did a bit of shopping with a couple of other attorneys, prior to my appointment with Mr. Reynolds, and I found that, although the consensus was approximately the same concerning the probable outcome of my case, Mr. Reynolds gave me the most informed choices, and his handling rate to represent me was much considerably more competitive and reasonable than the other firms I inquired with. As of this writing, my case has been concluded and I had a very favorable outcome. I would recommend Reynolds & Associates, Ronald H. Reynolds, Esq., in particular, whole-heartedly to anyone who has the need for sound, true & honest legal representation and/or advice. No gimmicks, no over-blown fee structure, no baloney!

Reynolds and Associates has been able to help with any number of different legal issues I've ever needed addressed, and always exceeded my expectations, including most recently helping me set up my small business. I felt like I was getting a honest lawyer and I don't think there are many other law firms you will feel that way about.

I am an independent contractor and needed an attorney to advise me as to the difference between operating as a professional corporation versus a professional LLC. Although a PLLC is a fairly new entity in Nevada, Mr. Reynolds was able to give me thoughtful and helpful advice, and ultimately we set up a PLLC quickly and painlessly. I did my research before choosing this firm, and if you do as well you'll see they have an AV rating, which is the highest marks they can receive for their ethical practices, and I believe they are the only attorneys in town with such high a rating. They've also been around since practically the beginning of Las Vegas. I would and in fact have recommended them to anybody who needs an intelligent, ethical, and experienced lawyer.

I was referred to Reynolds and Associates a few years ago by a close friend. I was in a very difficult situation with an apartment I had been renting where my landlord had violated the housing contract, and was making my life very difficult. I was referred to Mr. Reynolds, and I'm so glad I called him. He and his staff were kind, incredibly easy to work with, and run a very efficient business. Reynolds and Associates is a very reliable law firm. I was just starting out business and needed a good attorney to help me go through all the necessary legal work and contracting associated with it.
