Provided by YPmobileIf I could have given them negative stars I would have! First if all they give you a day, not a time window. The first day I waited 8am- 5pm. The plumber finally got there and did not have the parts to fix my toilet. He said he could be there between 8am and noon two days later. I called an 9am on that day to be told he would be there between noon and 5pm. What kind of business that employs plumbers sends the plumbers out without all the parts to fix a toilet? Then gives gives you another 9 hour window to fix their mistakes? If you have a home owners warranty that uses this company I suggest you change companies and save yourself a lot of waiting and headaches!

Provided by YP.comResidential "Service" is a joke. My AC went out in 112 degree temps and it took them 36 hours to respond. Then they screwed up the repair and it broke down 1 hour after they left. Now another 36 hours for them to respond. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS!
