I'm not in the restaurant business so I went here just to look around. This business is really fun. You can get every kind of dish, bowl, serving spoon, knife, tray, etc. that you can think of. I got some really great plastic small tongs for 63 cents each for our fellowship meals at my Church. They have all kinds of equipment for every situation that has anything to do with food and it is very reasonable.
