Thank you for helping my grandpa during the Christmas

Eve when it seems all medical supplies or equipment

stores were closed.



He said your driver delivered the oxygen machine to

his room at the Paris Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, at

10:15pm Christmas Eve. It was a blessing for him

to be able to get that service from your company.



He forgot to bring his portable unit when he left

Redmond, Oregon. He id not expect someone will

respond on Christmas eve, but your staff did.

So, wonderful to hear that from him.



He had a good first Christmas trip to Vegas, and

now he just know who to call. THANK YOU from

I just want to thank the Manager of Pure and her crew

for the wonderful service my Mom received from you

all. She was worry free. All equipment she needed

were at Wynn's guest services department, a day

before she arrived from Greenbay,Wisconsin.



She said your crew were delightful. She was given

three cell phone numbers (three staff) in case there

was a problem. She felt safe and secured.



We will use you again when any of our relatives needs

anything while in Vegas. Thanks a million!!!! ... from

I originally had a problem with deliveries from past equipment providers, usually they deliver it, and if there's a problem takes them ages (just called last week 3 times) to just get someone on the phone to help. Pure medical delivered my equipment the very next day after my doctor visit. The next day, my wheel broke off...I called, and behold, they came right away, 3 hours to be exact. I write this because they are the best provider I've ever worked with, and I tell my doctor the same.
