An Unforgetable Evening

We have been looking for an Authentic Italian Restaurant in Vegas for years. Pierio's was reccommended to us by a customer of mine. We decided to try it on our annual week in Vegas. We contacted and made reservations to have dinner on our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The entire experience was an evening we will never forget. The food, drinks, and ambiance were extraordinary. We fully intended to sample the pasta, sauces and wine. to be on the safe side. Our chef convinced my wife to try the Chilian Sea Bass. I was "encouraged" by the gentlemen who seated us to try the Assa Buco. They were both delightfully prepared. We finished of the evening with Creme Brulle coverd in Grand Marnier and coffee . Needless to say we will return to this "Oasis" of sanity and excellant food every time we visit Las Vegas. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone searching for an unforgetable evening. Chuck and Sandy Crossman Spokane, Washignton
