I have never had such horrible service in my life. I went into this store about a week ago and mailed an important package certified mail. Earlier today I called the person who was supposed to have received my package by now and they told me they hadn't received it. I went online to check where it was and after I entered the tracking number it said there was no record. I thought something was wrong so I called the post office and they said there was no record either. I went back to the store and asked the lady why my package had not arrived where it was supposed to be and why there was no record of it. All she said was you need to go to the post office after everything I asked. She then walked away and said she was done that she didn't want to help me anymore. I got on the phone and while I was on the phone I was explaining to a friend what was going on and in that time she said that I need to go to college because I didn't understand what she was saying. It's not that I didnt understand, it's just that I had already done everything she said and I needed her to do her job and find out where my very important package was. If she could've at least tried to do her job and check to see where the package was that would have been help enough but instead she tried to send me back to where I had already gone. That wasnt useful. I would not recommend this mail store to anyone. The employees are rude and lazy. I wish I would have known what kind of store they ran before I sent my package from there.
