I have been with Nursecore for a little over 6 months and I have had nothing but problems. The first nurse assigned to my case came at 7am-3pm but would leave everyday at 8 or 9 AND GET PAID FOR IT! And nursecore still has her working for them. Another nurse I had fell asleep continuously and told me to hurry and do my errands so she could go home ( after arriving 3 hours late ). And my single biggest issue has been with their scheduler Selma who would constantly change my hours without ever having called me. So my nurse would come at 11pm and tell me she was leaving at 2 am and my next nurse wouldn't come til 5am-1pm??? Made completely no sense. Nurses wouldn't follow doctors orders and then turned around and told the office I was the one not following orders. This company is completely immature and unreliable . Their service and assistance over the phone are awful and I'm planning on switching . Their staff of nurses are very untrained to say the least and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
