(This is a review of apartment 18) They have changed the name to ascend townhomes the only thing that's ascending here is the sewage that's pouring all over the sidewalk on the regular. I moved into Nottingham gardens about 7 months ago. I was not able to see my apartment before I moved in. If I had possibly I could have heard how loud and ridiculous it sounds above me. It literally sounds like an old boat from the 15th century when people walk back and forth or run like the family that lives above me in apt 21 building 8. The above stairs neighbor Jason is violent and will come to your door banging kicking and screaming if the music is too loud for him. He is a hypocrite and plays his music exceptionally louder than everyone else in the building. He has the power to do what he wants here. He pounds and slams on the floor like the Giant from Jack and the beanstalk. Do you like the sound of rocks being stepped on constantly? An Old boat creaking and cracking. Bass that's almost deafening and will rattle your windows? Then you'll feel right at home in apartment 18. If you enjoy the smell of sewage when you go to walk to your car then ascend townhomes will be perfect for you. If you like to put your children at risk of contracting some type of bacterial infection from the contaminated water that spews out of the sewage pipes in the parking lot then ascend townhomes will make you feel like you are in a palace. If You enjoy countertops that are painted white. They like to call them "resurfaced" ascend townhomes will be the coziest spot ever for you. I had to call the police just for them to fix the door that he kicked in they refuse to fix it until I had a police report. They do nothing to keep things in order here no one suffers any consequences for playing extremely loud music. So, it's left for all the hypocrites to be in power. I was let out of my lease early, thankfully but I had to contact Stout management multiple times requesting to speak to the higher ups
