Great selection, great service, best price!! Overall this was a great experience, we will definitely rent from National next time we are in LV.

I always rent from National because they so far have the best cars. The cars are clean and ready to roll. In Vegas I wanted an SUV but there was not much choice left upon my arrival. But the car I rented was absolutely fine in the end.

National has the best cars in both Canada and the US.

Sign up to be a Emerald card holder. Very easy way to rent a vehicle. You go to Emerald Isle, pick out your car and go. This facility has a great variety to choose from. Easy to return as well. Plus you get credits for free rentals. I do not rent anywhere else other than National. The facility in Las Vegas is great. We find it easier to rent here then to get taxis to try to get around. Highly recommend.

The large SUV's were a long walk with luggage, so the aisle assistant volunteered to have one brought to us.

There were an abundance of vehicles to choose from this time. I was very pleased with this rental. Love the flexibility of choosing your vehicle, and go!

We rented a 15 passenger van and at arrival it was ready for us with our name. The staff and service went out of their way to assure our experience was great. No line and no wait like the other rental agencies. Definitely use them again!!

This is the first time I have rented from National in years, now I know why. I'm now required to get my rental car through National due to a corporate agreement with my new employer. The car I picked up in Las Vegas last week was in serious need of new shocks!!! They must never do any sort of mechanical check on their cars!

My experience with National was good, the staff was professional and courteous, I was even given the option to select a truck for my rental. Returning the vehicle was just as pleasant, we got to the return early about 0500 and the staff was already smiling and ready to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently. Thank you National, keep up the good work.

I love how easy it is to get a car at the National's Car Rental garage. Being an Emerald Club member, I just walk to the garage, pick the car of my choice and go. No standing in line at the counter to sign in nor get the paperwork done before picking up the car. The contract is signed just before exiting their garage. Great service and a huge time saver. Returning the car was just as easy. Also, because I get to choose the car, I was really happy with it for the entire week.

It was absolutely the easiest and most convenient way to rent a car. The employees were very helpful and nice. Thank you!! This is the way to go!

While I had the National rental car, another driver bumped me from behind and scratched my rear bumper. I got to the airport 4 hours early for my flight because I figured the paperwork and waiting in line would be time consuming. The National agent handled the report quickly and even made copies of the my hand written notes to save me the time of re-entering all the information on the forms. I was on my way within 15 minutes of pulling into the car return area.

I have never had such an ease of a rental. I am a Emerald Club member and had the option to choose any car on the Emerald isle. I needed a minivan but nothing was available. They upgraded me to the Executive isle and gave me a nice Toyota Sienna. Pickup and drop off was also an ease. Great Job, your company had won me over.

I had rented with another company in Vegas a few years back and had a nightmare of an experience.. had to go to multiple locations to find a car and the car provided was in bad shape. My experience with National was the complete opposite!! They were quick and efficient and exceeded my expectations in every way. We were a family of 4 and were renting for 8 days, planning on trips to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Death Valley, etc as well as a few days relaxing in Vegas and rented a Premium sized car. When we got to the rental center, we realized we had packed too heavy and the suitcases were not going to fit. The agent on duty in the garage provided a free upgrade to a mini-van, no questions asked or extra charges. Talk about exceeding our expectations! The mini-van was perfect for our activities. If National continues to provide this level of service and customer focus, we have no reason to look elsewhere! Thanks National!

This was our first time renting from National. I reserved the car before joining the Emerald Club. I requested a full size car and was quoted for a full size car, but upon arriving in Las Vegas, there were no full size cars in the aisle. In fact, there were was only one car in the mid size aisle. We arrived on a 5:30 AM flight and were in a hurry so we took the one mid sized car in the aisle. It was new with a temporary tag in the front window. Check out was fast and efficient. Unfortunately, we were stopped twice in AZ due to the temporary tag.



Our rental was for two weeks and a few days into our rental, I received an email from a representative stating that there was an error and the car was not attached to our contract and requesting the car VIN number so that it could be attached to our contract. Was definitely not the smoothest car rental transaction that we have experienced, but hope that the next time will be better. I will definitely know to reserve a mid-size car next time. Check in was quick and efficient.
