The food is the BOMB and so it was the customer service.

cant judge yet wanted 2 order via phone or web cannot pull up a menu. am i doing something wrong

The first time we went there was a large party in the back room. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and it still had not come. The manager comped us both breakfasts.We decided to give it another try last Sunday. We were seated and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came near us. Then we put in our coffee orders. After another 15 minutes without any sign of coffee or any wait help at all, we walked out. Once was bad and at least they had an excuse.The breakfast, however, was great once we got it. But the long waits are in excusable.
