I have been going here for years. I was going back to LA to get my nails done every time because I am very picky and rough when it comes to my nails. Lam does my nails and my feet. They look amazing and they actually last without chipping or lifting. When I get my pedicures he takes time to make sure my feet look and feel great. I always get compliments on how great my nails look. My whole family goes here now. Lam is so patient with my indecisive daughter that wants a different design on each finger. :-D Tammy is amazing for eyebrows and waxing. She also does the eyelashes. I have seen so many different people get waxed and get their eyelashes done by her. I have never seen a bad job. Everyone does a great job. All around a great clean shop. I would recommend Luv's to anyone.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! First, I was told I would have a five minute wait. So, they put me in a chair and my feet in coldish water. The five minutes turned into 25 minutes, with me being trapped with soaking feet. Well, once the service finally statrted, everything was fine until I asked for a design on my nails. I asked for a flower type design, and I was told to not worry that Tammy would take care of it. Well, Tammy had her own ideas, and decided her designs were a better idea, which were a mess of lines. When I told her that is not what I asked for, she became very rude and started talking about me to the manager of the salon. The salon Manager then brought over a selection of designs for me to choose from. I selected three and said to do whichever was easier for Tammy. Tammy then ONCE AGAIN selected her own design, a design that looked like something a 5-year-old would wear. I decided to just say nothing and leave, but the leady next to me said, "I can not believe she did that." So, I asked the manager if he thought the designed was close, and he informed me that no one could make me happy. They took the nail polish off and told me I could not have a design.

The entire time, I was trying to speak to them, but they barely spoke English, and kept saying, "No one make you happy. No design for you." By this time, it was to the point where other customers were commenting on their behavior, and saying they could not belive Luv's Nail's were so rude. In the end, I went to the salon next door, secret Nails, and they put a cute design on my nails in about five minutes. Save your time and just go to Secret Nails. They are in the same shopping center and they will actually listen to you.
