Provided by YP.comI had Larson Air sent out to the house to service it's A/C. I live out of state in Nebraska and the house is in Las Vegas. The technician sent me some pictures showing me the issues with the components inside. They called me back about what I wanted to do and the technician gave me his recommendation of replacing just one component that would get it up and running or replacing other parts that would wear down the wear of the unit itself. I went with the former recommendation.
We worked over the phone and they were pretty good to work with. Never had any issues with them. I had to reschedule to accommodate the tenant in Las Vegas and Larson Air worked with me--was never an issue. They also allowed me to provide payment directly to them over the phone so the tenant didn't have to deal with any payment issues.

Provided by YP.comLarson Air is excellent. We had our air conditioner go out recently as the temperature started to get to 100 degrees. It kept tripping the circuit breaker, and they came out once to add an extra capacitor so that when the motor starts it draws less currents, but it kept breaking after that. So they came back, checked it again, and Travis himself told us that we probably needed a new condenser. I told him that it would be difficult to do financially, but he helped us work it out.
He did the job well, and he and his workers were here until 8 PM on a Saturday. That's well over the normal working hours, and I didn't get charged overtime. They stuck to the price that they originally quoted me. The AC unit has been working perfectly since they came and fixed it.
He was the first air conditioning contractor that I ever contacted in Las Vegas after moving here from Washington in 2010. He responded rapidly and took care of the problem, and we've been using them ever since.

Provided by YP.comI was very pleased with the service from Larson Air, they did exactly what I needed and it was a great experience overall. I had called two other places first and I was getting jacked around by them a bit, but when I called Larson there was a clear difference in the quality of service. Travis was helpful and professional and he gave me a fair quote for the job. He came out the next day and he did all that needed to be done to fix my A/C unit. Great service.

Provided by YP.comIt was a great experience dealing with Larson Air. Every time they came over, they arrived within an hour of calling which was very impressive. When the technician showed up, he clearly explained what was wrong and everything that needed to be done to fix my A/C unit. I told him I didn't have the money at the moment and he assured me it was not a problem at all. He came back a few days later when I called him back and he replaced the compressor for me. It was quick and easy!

I arranged for them to come out for her because her English is limited. She speaks Chinese. They were quick to respond and honest. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their customer service.

Provided by YP.comIt was my first time using Larson Air. Overall it was a good experience. They repaired fuses on two of my AC units. The whole process was quick, and took about 20 minutes. The servicemen were friendly. It was a good service. I'm very happy and I will be using them again.

Provided by YP.comLarson Air is really went the extra mile for me. I'm in Wisconsin, and I have a rental home out in Las Vegas with elderly tenants. They called me on a particular day when their air conditioning wasn't working, and they were hot. It was really important to get someone there that was fast and would not inflate prices, as well as give me quality, speedy service. Larson Air was just that.
My dad is a general contractor that has used Larson Air so he recommended them to me. I also read great reviews of them online, and now I can see why everybody loves them. They got there fast, took care of my tenants, and they were happy. They actually gave me three different options which meant they weren't just trying to make a big sale. I went with the most expensive one, which was to have the whole unit replaced.
They went above and beyond by taking pictures of the old and new units so that I could see all the work that they did. I was spending a lot of money over the phone, and this meant a lot to me. I know they must be busy people, so to take the time out to send me photos was the cherry on top of why I rated them so highly. Talk about great customer service!

Provided by YP.comLarson Air to the rescue! The early Saturday morning hours took us by surprise today as we found ourselves sweltering in the near 90 degree temperature inside our home. This being our first encounter with a malfunctioning a/c unit, we were quite unsettled by what we assumed would be a high dollar repair or replacement, not to mention the prospect of suffering through the summer heat throughout the remainder of the weekend. Discontent to lie idly in the heat, I began searching the internet for service options and found many positive reviews supporting the good reputation of Larson Air and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered 24 hour online scheduling and same day service! I completed the online scheduling form at around 4am and within 10 minutes I received a communication confirming our service appointment for 9am Saturday morning! Tom, our wonderful technician, used his expertise to diagnose the problem and make the repair within an hour of his Saturday morning arrival and I never, in a million years, could have imagined it costing so little. Larson Air is true to the reputation that precedes them and merits our sincere gratitude.

Provided by YP.comThe A/C in my condo unit at Pinehurst was switching off. Repairman came out on 4/23/12, and the A/C was working at time. Repairman said that there was nothing to be done. Larson's charged $39.00 diagnostic fee and left. Of course, A/C switched off again. Larson's came out on 4/30/12 and found clogged drain line that was causing issue. In addition to repair charge, I was charged diagnostic fee a second time! Trevor Larson refused to refund fee based on repairman's incompetence.

Provided by YP.comI went back and forth in picking 2 or 3 stars. I used them last winter and was happy. They fixed my heat upstairs. It costs 200 for a 20 min job. Then a few weeks ago my downstairs heater when out.-same symptoms but turned out to be a different part but same 20 minute fix. Now the charge is 320.00 dollars. I did a little search online and found that it should have been another 200 job. So bottom line is that they did fix my issue but excessively charged for it. I wasn't home to authorize the job (had a friend do it) so I called and talked to someone about it the next day thinking maybe the tech had over charged me... All I got was a bunch a vague answers to my questions.

Provided by YP.comI found Larson Air on the Internet and choose them because they had good customer reviews. As soon as I called them, they were here within in an hour, and they were fast and fair.
The technician, Allen, was great. He went straight to the furnace and, after thinking that the problem was one thing that would have been more expensive to repair, he double-checked it and found that it was actually not as bad. I felt really good about how honest he was with me.
They found the part for me right away and Allen came back about 40 minutes later to fix it. Everything was done that morning and, within 3 hours of the time I called them, I was back in business -- staying warm. I will definitely use Larson Air again.

Yes, My "home warranty" contractors fixed it wrong, so I called Larson Air to fix it correctly. I cannot emphasize it enough, but Larson Air is VERY solid and professional....what a world of difference.

Provided by YP.comWe went out for competitive bids and were totally impressed with Larson Air in terms of the detail of the bid, the services that they were going to provide, and the cost. We are a non-profit, so getting a discount on the price is a phenomenal feature.
We have been using Larson Air for almost a year. We recently expanded and have 2 separate buildings now, both of which they service.
They are very approachable. Because they are the ones who answer the phone, you do not have to go through several different people to get an answer.
With heating/air service, it is often a last-minute issue that we are calling them about, and they are good at coming out and taking care of it right away. If they cannot be there that day, they tell us when they can come the next day so that we know when to expect them.
Larson Air is a family-owned and operated business, which makes a big difference. They genuinely care and are supporting their family, which is reflected in the way that they do things and how they deal with their customers.
I would definitely recommend Larson Air. In addition to work that they do for the non-profit, I also have used them for work at my home and been very pleased.

They respond quickly and are very pleasant, nice people to work with.
When it is 110 degrees, you need a quick response. Larson Air came out as soon as possible to service us.
Our unit was not working properly and they initially replaced one of the parts. Then, when it turned out that the entire unit needed to be replaced, they gave us a credit for the part we had already put in.
We bought a high-quality unit that they were able to get for us. They were thorough in the installation and conscientious about working in our house -- they came in and out carefully.
All of the work that they did turned out well. We would definitely use them again.

I was first introduced to Larson Air by a client of mine when we had a terrible snag with her property. They came out and resolved the issue the same day instead of putting it off like other companies I have worked with.
They are extremely reliable and very reasonable cost-wise, which is why I have continued to use them.
Having been in this town for 28 years and seen companies come and go, I can say that Larson Air is different. They are very honest and ethical. Businesses like theirs are few and far between.
