They did a great job. We had a wine spot in the bed room for years. We had many cleaners but nobody has been able to get it out.
They got it out and many more tuff steins

Wonderful job at a fair price! You get what you pay for with carpet cleaners. I needed an early morning, weekend appointment and they were happy to oblige. I will use them in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs.

They showed up (early) and called ahead, cleaned my carpets better than they've been since I moved into my rental two years ago, and had awesome customer service. I will use them again!

My carpet looks so good I'm gonna keep it. I kept thinking about getting some wood flooring in my living room. No matter how many times I cleaned my carpet with a rug Dr it never looked good until I had it professionally done today. Wow!

J2 Cleaning did a great job cleaning the carpet, tile, and general office cleaning at the office we were moving out of. I also had them strip and wax the vinyl floors at our new office before we moved in. The floors look like new and they were in sad shape. We do the office cleaning ourselves, but when we get to hiring a janitorial service, I will definitely be giving them a call for a quote. A+

Great Value! The carpet cleaning cost a little more than I paid in the past, but the results were better than in the past as well. The cleaners were polite and overall nice guys. I watched them clean and was wowed as I watched the dirt just wash away. My carpet looks and feels great! #1 in Las Vegas by my book.

J2 has polite workers who did a fine job cleaning. They had a lot going on I couldn't keep up. I was very satisfied with the results.

As a real estate agent, I run across all kinds of dirty carpets. J2 was able to clean the worst one I've seen with surprising results. I can save my clients money by not having to replace carpet, which helps with my referrals. Great customer service and delightful to talk to. I can trust to just give them a lockbox code, they measure it, and email me a bill that's fair. That's very convenient for me. Glad I found them through a agent friend who uses them exclusively as I now do.

I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent said she had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and look dull and there was still spots on it. I called J2 and they said what happens is some cleaners just run a detergent through the carpet which leaves soap behind and also makes it get dirty fast. They came out and put a conditioner down, the used some machine to scrub it, then rinsed it with a loud truck machine. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid of 3 sm pink stains for $20. I'm having them do my mom's house next. She said she has had the same problem and keeps trying different carpet cleaners. A+

We just had J2 clean the carpet, strip/wax the vct, and clean the tile and grout in our kitchen and hallways. They did a great job and did it in about 1/3rd the time of the last company I used and didn't rush. I'll use them again.

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. I needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice so I called them on a Sunday and they were able to come out the next day while every other company either didn't answer on Sunday or told me that they could not help me for a week. They were on time and very professional. My carpets have never looked so good. This is a company that I would use for all my cleaning needs.
