I tried Gaudin Ford Service and I compared them to Ford Country Service in Las Vegas . I will choose Ford Country Service for my future repairs and pass on using Gaudin Ford.

Gaudin Ford $ervice has higher pricing than Ford Country Service.. For example, to inspect my seat belt for repair , Gaudin charged me $60 inspection fee. Ford Country charged me $ZERO for the same inspection.

I spent $2000 for my repair work at Gaudin, yet they wanted to charge me $60 to inspect my seat belt?

No thank you, Gaudin Ford Service.... I will not be coming back in the future when my cars need repair.

Wish I could give negative stars. Has been month and a half since I bought a truck from them. Tags were due on 12/4. Gave me slip on 12/4 at 5pm. Said that there was something wrong with financing but let my drive around in truck for a month before letting me know this. Only let me know after I called about tags. Then called back and said wrong person they thought I was somebody else. Has been a month and a half since I purchased the vehicle here and they still have not paid my trade in though I know they got paid on 12/4. And on that tags were due on 12/4. They gave me my slip on 12/4 at 5 pm. It was the worst experience that I have ever had buy a car. I will never go back to this lot again.

I purchased a white Taurus CPO certified pre owned vehicle and did not look at the vehicle carefully before I purchased it which was my biggest mistake as I believed that they would take care of me and not lie about to type of vehicle I was purchasing. be very wary of all of the people there.

I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for years they are now out of my way after they moved but well worth the drive.

I always come here for the service on our cars they know what there doing and take really good care of me.

Location was the reason I picked Gaudin Ford. They are better than the competitor and more organized than Friendly Ford.

I felt the crew was great. Best place to visit, conveniently located. I will be back.
