Sad that the other reviewer trashed this place over something so strange -- I mean, the mechanic even *told* him something was wrong with the tire sizes!!! Sounds like an honest mixup that this car owner went off the deep end over. The fool apparently didn't even bring it up with the owners, just starts making weird threats that, oh, sure, the local TV station really wants to pick up *this* juicy story!My own personal experience with this shop over several years is that they are honest and extremely competent. When I took in my old 1982 380SL for a complete diagnostic, they found things that the local MB authorized dealer overlooked or misdiagnosed. Plus, the cost of the repairs here was like ONE-THIRD the cost of the dealer. Why is this place better than the dealer? Because they have skilled mechanics who have been working on the MB line for decades. The dealer often has some green idiot kid they just plucked off the street and gave minimal training, because they can get him cheap that way. G&G is highly recommended, and I don't give recommendations lightly.

So took the car in and had $ 2900 of work done on the car. When I picked up the car a mechanic came over and told me a warning light was coming on because the car had different sized tires on it. Well, that had never happened before, so i asked him why and he said to check my tire records. I didn`t need to check my records because I know my car, and somebody at the shop put a 245/40/17 tire on the front and took my 225/45/17 matching tire. I then checked my records and sure enough, two 225/45/17 tire had been installed on 12/2011. So I go check the DOT number which tells the year it was made and it comes back as a 2009 tire. My other tire is an 2011, which is what i purchased 18 months ago. The tire they put on is a full 1 inch bigger. Really, you think a lifelong car guy racer is not going to see this. I don`t know if the mechanic did it or the owner, but channel 13 investigator is going to get this story. I wouldn`t take a 1939 jalopy to this place, because you can`t trust them!

Hey Todd dont see any invoices at our shop for you and why dont you give a last name. We have never had an airmatic car come back three times and we want to know who you are and why you are lying. Come in and show your face and show me your invoices. We always make everything right and you must be a competitor because you certainly have no credibility. This is kthe only complaint we have ever had. Be a Man and tell everybody who you really are. Your lack of dates and your full name tell everybody everything they need to know. Man up Todd

what a crook to my car there to have air matic fix and thats it, been back three times and charged for other things and still have same problem with air matic. The owner Iram back stabbing liar should have his life check dont know how this man is in business, he should go back to pillow bitting with his boyfriend
