I was recently in the market for a New Kia Niro. After not much success at one of their competitors I almost gave up. I decided to go online and search and came across Findlay Kia. There website was very simple and inventory selection was MUCH larger. I found the Niro I liked and asked to be contacted. Within 2 minutes I was contacted by my salesperson Scott. He gave me all the information and quoted me an exact out the door. I arrived at the dealership and Scott went over every option. They gave me a very fair interest rate and I was out of the dealership in an hour. I highly recommend if you're looking for a Kia to start and finish here.

I just purchased a new Kia Soul from this dealership. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE THIS WAS! I put my trust in in my salesperson, David Shick. When we were discussing the deal, he told me that we were within $500 of what my cars value was and what I owed on the loan of my current Soul. I was satisfied with this so we proceeded. I purchased the new vehicle the next day and thought I had a good deal from an honest dealership. After reviewing my paperwork in greater detail I discovered that in actuality, the difference they gave me between what was owed on my old car was and the new car was over $2000 below market value as a trade in. When I asked him about it he said I was giving you numbers before I talked to my manager. Not ONCE did he or anybody at the dealership explain to me what they were giving me for my trade in value! That's what I get for trusting a salesman! When I went into the finance office, the finance "salesman" immediately started trying to sell me additional items. I made myself very clear that I was absolutely NOT interested in anything else but he kept trying to push extras on me. Isn't it funny how they tell you that you cant get any more finance from the bank but they always seem to be able to add stuff to your loan if its to their benefit!. As we were going over the paperwork he showed me the summary of the finance deal on the loan. No where on that paper was the trade in value. Evidently that was on another piece of paper. I saw it and started to read it but he quickly stated that what he was showing me was the same thing just simplified and quickly shuffled the more detailed one back into the stack. I know I got taken for a ride and yes part was my fault but they also are at fault. I bought a car based on what I thought was valid information and in good faith and was misled on the trade in value. Now I'm stuck with a higher payment for the next 6 years and they make out like a bandit when they turn around and sell my old car for thousands and thousands more. All I can say is make sure they explain EVERY line item to you before you sign anything, no matter how hard they try to keep it from you. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Findlay and I highly recommend that if you are ever in the market to purchase a new vehicle I would think long and hard about going to Findlay and then go somewhere else. Don't be another victim of this dealership!

Everyone very friendly. Dimitri was very knowledgeable about Kia Optima, worked hard for me to find the right car and deal. I would refer Findlay.

A complete joke when it comes to car dealerships. Andrea M. is absolutely right. The customer service is terrible. They will have you fuming by the time you are done. Don't waste your time or money on these crap cars and god awful customer service.

The immense level of incompetence and lack of customer service is astounding. If you are military looking at wanting to register out of state DO NOT purchase from this dealer or you will end up spending thousands of dollars for a paper weight. I’ve been in the military 11 years and have 5 children. The salesman was great and very accommodating to what we were looking for and is also the only one that cared enough to return a phone call. After the sale left his hands it turned to garbage. With being military I was registering my vehicle through Alaska which I have done with all of my vehicles as it is my home of record and this was never an issue at other dealers. With the finance manager saying he was raised out of Anchorage I believed this wouldn’t be any issue at all. Two days later I received a call that they screwed up some paperwork and I had to come back in. This was the last and only call I was to receive. I had to go back in 8 different times since no one from the finance manger to the general manager or the title and registration department has the ability, or just refuses to return a phone call. If you had the luck to get them on the phone, which I tried multiple times daily, they would say they would find out and call back but of course would not. It took them almost 4 weeks to send off the title to the DMV. This was after 2 weeks when I found out they still hadn’t sent it because my drive away permit expired. Then I had to give them step by step instructions on their job, which they failed at. After over 3 weeks and multiple visits I found out that they still hadn’t sent it because no one called to tell me I had to now pay registration fees on top of the other. By the time they got it sent off, my temp tag ran up and they told me there was nothing they would do about it and the finance manager told me it was my fault for being in the military and registering out of state. I then found out when the DMV called that the inept title and registration person sent it to the wrong DMV instead of the one I specifically told them to send it to. I now have a brand new car in the drive way that can’t be used for 2 weeks and 5 kids that need to get around and no way to get to work. To think if they had any customer relations and didn’t just get the sale and hang you out to dry, then they would have called me after the first week and this wouldn’t have been an issue instead of me finding out because I couldn’t drive my car.

Awesome! Anthony was a honest stand up guy. Did not push us or force us into a purchase. We felt that he gave us the best possible deal he could get. Thank you Anthony & and Thank you KIA!!!
