When calling and inquiring about storage, I felt like they really cared about me as a person and my needs. When I am ready for storage, I will pick them first.

My unit was broke into, the employees or corporate don't care, I had a large unit and most all of it was cleaned out and, they have no anwsers on how this could happen, after months of trying to contact someone in charge, I recieved no responce, the only responce I did recieved was them trying to auction my unit, and charging me an arm and a leg in more fees, please people beware of this facility many breakins have occured and they seem to be out to auction your property. renting here cost me large !!!!!!

Beware of this place their has been many break-ins...and they treat their customers like garbage....my unit was ransacked I had 3 locks on the door, and no one seen anything?????? NICE...... and corporate don't returne phone calls...
