AWWWWWFUL! I ordered my flowers from AVASFLOWERS.COM who outsources their work to awful shops like this one. I paid $80 for a premium arrangmen and was sent flowers I could have bought at Smiths. And THEN when i requested for a redeliver they said they refuse. What kind of people work here. STAY AWAY!

Also very unhappy with them. My sister sent a picture of what was to be delivered from her family for our 50th Wedding Anniversary - a beautiful FTD bouquet with roses. What we received was a puny bouquet with no roses. Also it was delivered two days late and at 9 p.m.!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM.. TORN OFF FLOWERS AND DIDN'T GIVE ENOUGH FLOWERS. LADY WAS ON THE PHONE PRETTY MUCH GAVE US LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.. TRUST ME I WILL TELL EVERY MILITARY MEMBER HOW CRAPPY YOUR SERVICE AND PRODUCT YOU HAVE
