Much of what I'd call false advertising...Called before we flew out from Logan and asked if there was a guest laundry facility and were told yes...not so. Get here and it costs to use the hotel contracted wifi...almost $15 per day. Attempts to inquire about anything once we were here were met with cold indifference, with an attitude even.

We're paying good money to stay here and expect to be treated decently and not lied to at least.

It is a pretty nice hotel-we stayed in the new tower. I helped build that section 14 years ago, so that was nice, but we won't stay here again.

I won't be surprised if the next time we come to Vegas they're charging for air conditioning.
