The company and the products are great! I had them make shades for 8 of my windows. My salesman Gregg, however, mis-measured two windows and had the controls on the wrong side on two others requiring me to reach under a curtain and across a window to raise or lower them. Bugsy's fixed all the problems and were very pleasant about it. I would use them again, but would double check the salesman's figures more carefully. I was especially impressed with their installers. They were not only nice and competent people, but also waited for me to vacuum the area before they moved my furniture back into place.

Great quality and service! I shopped around at Home Depot and Costco for custom wooden shutters and Bugsy's was by far the best value. I went to their showroom and was able to see the quality of the shutters. The general manager even walked me around explaining all of the different options and showed me the warehouse section where the shutters are made. He also came out to my house and did the measurement himself! The turn around time was about 4 weeks. The installer was right on time and for a total of 15 windows took about 3 hours. If you're thinking about wooden shutters for your home, defiantly check Bugsy's Blinds out! There service was 2nd to none!

Bugsy's just finished installing a very complicated bay window project for custom roman shades, valances, and draperies. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people and of the installation team. They are very friendly and would gladly recommend them again.

I have to say that in today's market I was a little skeptical of having work done in my home. It's so hard to find trusted professionals who will go above and beyond that of the normal to make you happy. Bugsy's found the perfect fabric to make a custom made drape to match a rug I got from Saudi Arabia. There installers were very helpful and it has made a world of difference in my living room. I get compliments all the time. Highly recommend.

Good people who have honesty and integrity unlike others who bad mouth there competition and can't deliver fast enough. Will come back again!

I ordered custom stained shutters from them to match my flooring and the match was absolutely perfect. Also, I was able to come in and check the progress of the manufacturing throughout the whole process. From the minute I came in the door I knew I was dealing with professionals. Will recommend and come back to order some draperies for my master bedroom!

Very admirable company. I had issues with a broken blind and they re-ordered me a new one at no charge, because it was still under warranty. Glad to see the warranties still hold up in this economy.

i just got my draperies and shutters installed this morning. the installers were very nice and did a good job. would recommend again.

I saw them at the home show on Friday, loved there products, had them come to my home next day and purchased a whole house of solar screens for less than $2,000.00! Unbelievable deal for 25 windows!

I had ordered custom draperies with blackout liners in my master bedroom and this was the only contractor who followed through with there agreements. Everything went flawless and the salesman even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend and am glad to see there are still good people out there who actually care about you!

I ordered several roman shades a few weeks ago AND THEY WERE JUST INSTALLED YESTERDAY! THE END RESULT CAME OUT BETTER THAN EXPECTED. I APPRECIATED THE FACT MY SALES REP EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL BEFORE THE PRODUCT WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED. THERE ARE MANY COMPANIES WHO DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO GO OVER ALL DETAILS AND THEY DO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They sold me Graber shutters that were in the walnut color. Not only is this a synthetic product with a lifetime warranty, it is also even better looking than REAL wood! I would highly recommend this company for the window coverings, based on how smoothly my job went from A-Z.
