I had an accident on the freeway with a friend of mine. I was on the freeway and my truck spun around until i hit the median. My truck destroyed but at least we were alive. My friend told me to call Eva at Benson & Bingham and so I did. Michelle was my assistant and from the beginning both were very nice. My truck was paid and i was able to get compensation for my injuries. Thank you much for your help!

Due to my accident I can no longer run 6 miles a day, I can no longer hold a yoga pose for minutes at a time, in fact there is little physical activity I can participate in without withering in pain afterwards. What I would give to have my health back. Unfortunately because of the impatient actions of another I am no longer able to participate in these types of fitness activities.
A very big thank you to Michelle Rodriguez for working so diligently on my case. Over the last year and a half I have dealt with unexpected health issues due to an accident and I was lucky to have Benson and Bingham at my side when it came to the battle with the insurance companies.
