I could not be happier with the couch that I purchased from Bed Planet. I had found this couch at a local dealer but they were never in the store and frankly, their customer service was AWEFUL! Given the price of the couch I knew there had to be an alternative. I researched and found Bed Planet online. Not only was the price better with Bed Planet but Richards customer service was/is unmatched! From the beginning until the end he was outstanding. The couch took several weeks but was well worth the wait! He handled all the details even down to the delivery. He continued to follow up with me even after the delivery. I cannot stress enough how wonderful his customer service experience he provided was and how happy I am with the couch. It’s absolutely stunning and every single person that sits on it raves about how amazing it is. If you are considering ordering from Bed Planet, do not think twice...DO IT, you will be so happy that you did!
