I have been buying ink and toner cartridges from Associated supply since 2015. During that time, my sales rep has been Sam.
Sam is so awesome!! He calls periodically to check on me to see if we need anything if I haven't made an order in a while. He knows how much we use and makes sure we don't run out if I've failed to make an order, which sometimes happens. When I bought a new printer, it took toner instead of ink, and Sam allowed me to return my unused ink cartridges in exchange for the toner so I wouldn't be out any money. Their prices are very competitive and they even cover shipping costs. I've been very happy with associated supply and feel like Sam and I friends.
I?ve been using Associate Supply for almost 10 years. Simone is amazing and always insures my orders are correct. We use several printers, that all use different cartridges. Not a single problem. Quick shipping and great prices. I?ve saved thousands since switching to their cartridges. So glad I found them :))
A sales person called and offered us a toner cartridge to try, saying that if we like it, we pay for it, but if we don't like it for any reason, we don't pay. They said they were doing this because they wanted to gain our business. I told him that we didn't use re-manufactured cartridges because they tend to leak, and the tax documents we print are too important and we donÃ¢ÂÂt want to risk ruining our machine: We only use HP cartridges. He agreed that we should not use a leaky cartridge, but that their cartridges are not re-manufactured, they're their own brand, which is just as good as HP without the higher price. I should have hung up, but instead I let the guy ship the cartridge to me. When it arrived, I told my boss that we were offered the chance to see if we liked the cartridge. If so, we pay and possibly re-order, if not, we don't pay. On the first day, we thought the print quality was good. In time, tiny speckles appeared on the paper. Because of COVID-19, we were not all in the office all of the time, so I didn't notice the speckles when they started. During tax season we go through a cartridge in about a week or two, so by the time I saw the problem, the cartridge was spent. (This cartridge didn't even seem to yield as many pages as a typical HP cartridge.) That's when Ken called. Ken was condescending. Ken was rude. Ken tried to tell me that the speckling could have been from toner that was settled inside the printer and was kicked up during printing. NEVER, have we had speckling, until we used his cartridge. He offered to give us a 10% discount on the cartridge because he believed we could not say we were unhappy with it since we used it. I told him I'd return the cartridge and a sample of the print, but he just insisted that we pay. I asked him about the original deal, that if we didn't like the quality, we didn't pay. He kept insisting that we must have liked it. He continued piling on the condescending comments by offering examples of how I was wrong, to the point that I had to hang up. During the original sales call, when the cartridge was offered at no risk, none of the dialog included, "Except under this circumstance." No exceptions were given as to what was considered liking or not liking the quality of their product. No rules were put in place, except that if we liked the product, we paid, and if we didnÃ¢ÂÂt like it, we didnÃ¢ÂÂt pay. Well, we didn't like it. (The sales person was the same person who said that this was not re-manufactured, which I believe to be untrue.) Ken called back today, and he sounded so friendly at first, like he was my best friend. In zero time he turned into the condescending, rude person he really is. How is he working in customer service? Now he's turning us over to a collection agency. I hope this isnÃ¢ÂÂt how Ken speaks to all women.
I have been dealing with Sam for a few years now. He is always easy to deal with. I have found the pricing to not be higher if not cheaper than other places. Sam checks back with me as always when I request him to. I highly recommend Associated Supply Co. I feel Sam always tries to do me right.
I've been buying cartridges from Simone for a couple of years now. It's always a pleasure working with her. If there is a problem with a cartridge, she sends out a new one right away. I've bought from other companies before that would sell me a few cartridges and then call later and say they were sending the rest of my shipment that I had not ordered. When I said I didn't agree to that, they would send them anyway and charge me for all of them. I never have to worry about that here. What I order is what I receive and Simone works to get me a good price. I'm very happy with Associated Supply
I have been dealing with Simone for several years and the service and cooperation is excellent. If any issues came up, they were all satisfactorily dealt with and I'm totally happy that I connected with Associated Supply.

Paul has been wonderful to work with, he calls in a timely manner to check on the status of my toner for my printer, with no sense of pressure or rush. He is always a please to talk to and work with.

Have had NO issues with these guys or their products. We buy cartridges for 3 different brands and 5 different models of machines. My sales rep, Mario, has always been super nice to me, even when he calls on me and I tell him that I don't want anything, and won't for a while. I've told him no for several months at a time, because I didn't need anything, and he was never rude about it. Super nice guy. In fact, I have probably been grouchy and rude to him a few times and shouldn't have been.
So with our experience with them, which is 3 or 4 years now, I have to say the 1 star reviews most likely have to do with the user and not the supplier. I work at a sporting goods store, and have bought somewhere between 80-100 cartridges from them. I have only had ONE that was bad, and it was a drum issue in the cartridge. It left streaks, but it still printed. I didn't even bring it up to them, because it at least printed and being a techie, I know there is going to be a bad one now and then.
I see at least 3 reviews that say the cartridge ruined their printer or copier. I have not only used printers and copiers for over 30 years, I've repaired a few myself. One of them I broke because I jammed the cartridge in a little too hard. In the majority of damage cases, the user damages the cartridge, which leads to machine damage because of damaged gears or ink leaks.
I think a 5-Star rating after 641 reviews pretty much speaks for itself.

What a ripoff - price is 60% higher than others - don't do what they say they are going to do. Will NEVER do business with them again. They say put their customer service to the test. I did and boy was I sure disappointed. They took my cc # and said someone would call me back. 3 days later toner cartridges showed up after I had already purchased somewhere else. Told them I needed right away. They obviously could care less. If you want ripped off, give them a call. If you want REAL customer service, call anyone but these crooks.

My company received a shipment for a sample Ink cartridge that was send to us when a customer service by the name of Ken called my office and offer to send us a sampler of their ink. He was very
cordial when he call the first time to offer his products. I agree to received the sampler and it was send
to me with a charge in the amount of $93.00 in case i decided to keep it . That was not part of the agreement when I talked to him. Once I received the sampler I decided not to use it anymore and i call and spoke to someone that happen to take a message because Ken was not available at the time when I called. The person who answered the called asked me what was the reason to call and I told her that i want it to return a sampler box and she stated that she was going to pass the message to Ken but if not him someone for customer service was going to email instructions with a return label. The call was placed on February 13, 2019 and today is February 20, 2019 and nothing by email. I decided to call back today and again no Ken and I left a message again stating the reason of the call and I also asked if anyone else can help me and the person who answer the call said no one else can help me other than Ken. Ken returned the call and this time not Polite at all instead he was Rude, and Sarcastic. He claimed that it was not a sampler Ink Cartridge that it was send to me because I placed the order and that they do not pay for return orders. We will never do business with people like him. They get you at the beginning by saying is a sampler and the only charge was going to be I keep it. I will pay for shipping to return this order and will never do business with them

Paul is always on top of my toner needs. It is so rewarding to have someone check to see what you need before you run too low. The quality and speedy service is the best. And the prices are even better. I get more copies with their toner than that of the manufacturer's toner and Paul makes sure I never run low.
Fred is my sales rep with Associated Supply and he always goes above and beyond to get my office what we need when we need it. He calls regularly to check to see if we need any cartridges. He is an Excellent sales rep.
