I have worked for several security companies, and this is the worst. Guards sleep, leave their post during shift, and management doesn't care. Reporting someone gets you moved off your site. Good guards do their best, but get no support from management.

I thought highly of the company before i started working for them. I moved here from another state with 17 years of security experience and they paid me the bare min. Not to mention some of the site's working condition, they was horrible. You have to use your own car for shelter, no compensation for gas and to top it off there was no where you could use the restroom except for a public porta pottie. Last, but not least, they have you sign this sheet saying that you will be paid your lunches and break which i guess is ok., on an eight to twelve hour shift but when you have to work another guard shift who called-in they will not allow you to leave your post for another eight to twelve hours. That's insane and I believe it's against the law. Yes we signed a sheet for our regular shift not overtime shifts.
