I have not been "out there" in the job market for almost 30 years, so when it came time to create a C.V. due to my pending retirement, I was admittedly ill-prepared for the modern world of job seeking. This is where Craig Kagel and Advantage Resume entered the scene. I needed my cover letter and C.V. to accurately reflect both the important aspects of my 40 years of experience and education, as well as how I intended to use it all in the next stage of my endeavors. Well, I believe that Craig was masterful at accomplishing this. At the initial stage -- trying to find someone who could take on this task -- Craig got back to me IMMEDIATELY, indicating what he could do for me if I hired him. He stated very succinctly his experience in this area, and I was very impressed. Next, he listened to what I needed, and got me a detailed quote that met my needs, and my budget. He worked quickly and thoroughly, getting drafts out to me in a timely manner, offering suggestions as I provided information to him, and staying on top of me with requests for approvals. He knows what employers are looking for, so his suggestions made sense, and added "extra" that I believe an employer will be interested in.
Finally, after all was said and done, the end product was FANTASTIC! Great Cover Letter, and a Great C.V. If you are in need of a resume, C.V., and/or accompanying documents like cover letters, teaching philosophies, etc... Craig is the man to go to!

All I can say was I arrived by the Staff and met with the Chief Writer, and about 1 to 1 1/2 hours later I received my completed Resume.
