RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!! Gave us an estimate of three hours to clean house at $50hr. That's fine. In 3 hours they "cleaned" 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and kitchen.. Didn't clean 3 bedrooms, stairs, closets, 2 bathrooms, family, or dining room.. When we expressed our displeasure the owner replied with an extremely rude text, basically stated I'm sorry you couldn't afford more hours to rip you off, and she doesn't mind poor reviews. We will also be contacting our HOA who's referred her to us via "Providence" magazine ... Biggest rip off I've ever did business literally. Her text can be shown upon request.
