I was VERY disappointed in Ronnow Lawn. What ever happened to "We do it right the first time"? and where is the integrity established by Rod Ronnow Sr. as mentioned on their website? I had a problem with my sprinkling system, usually I can fix most things by myself, but this problem was beyond my skill level. So, after getting a rave review for this company from a co-worker, I called to get a free estimate. One of their employees came out on a Sunday afternoon, he quoted me for two separate projects I had going, one I decided I could do myself, the other I asked him to fix for $70. He spent the next 10 minutes tightening up the pipes in the box that I had already pulled out and dug around in the backyard and then said he was done. I have already spent a great deal of time trying to determine what was wrong back there and was doubtful that that it could have been fixed so quickly. Also, he didn’t even put the box back where it goes! I paid $70 to not have to deal with it anymore and he just left it all open and torn apart. When I asked if he would come back out if it was still leaking in a week, he assured me that he was sure it was fixed. Unfortunately a week later it was still as muddy as ever. I called back and was treated very rudely over the phone. The woman did not apologize or sound sorry at all. And when I asked if they could come back out on a Saturday, Sunday or weekday evening I was told “we don’t work on Sundays, we need at least one day off!” The website says right on it that they work 8:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays, also the first visit was on a Sunday! She was very cold and not reassuring at all. When the same guy came back to the house to look at the problem this time he actually dug up the area and spent an hour looking for the leak (which is what he should have done in the first place). He then informed me that there was no leak and so he would need to charge me for coming back out!! OUTRAGEOUS! This wasn’t leaking 3 months ago, it has been dry in this spot for years, and now he tells me there is no leak but that the drip lines must be running off into the hole and that I will be charged for him not coming to this conclusion the first time he was there! I cannot believe I actually paid him! But my integrity would not let me be the one that could be accused of being wrong here. I paid $130 and it all looks EXACTLY as it did when they came to fix it. If their employees don’t know how to repair serious sprinkler issues they should not send them out. And if they don't figure out how to do it right the first time, FIX IT THE SECOND TIME! Or refund the money for not being able to deliver the service that was paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had them out twice last November. They charge a lot. $500. They "fixed" 2 leaks in front yard. I noticed recently that it is still leaking there. They of course deny they are responsible. Using someone else to fix the problem.

I was very pleased with the promptness of the servicemanwho did the repairs on my lawn sprinkler system.The price he quoted was good.He did an excellent job on the repairs,his work was neat,and he was very informative.I will use them again.

I have been gardening in my yard for over a decade, and over the years kept adding to the system. It was to a point where it didn't work well, had issues, and didn't meet my needs. I had this company send someone out to help me fix my issues. He was very polite and paid attention to the details. He also explained a lot to me so as I move forward, I know what I need to do. He raised up sprinklers, re-worked my drip system, cut out a tree root that busted a pipe and fixed the pipe and checked every emitter on my system. He was able to work with the parts I had plus used some of their own. He spent several hours with me (working non-stop) and made sure I was pleased with the outcome before leaving. I had someone come out and do this a few years ago, and let me tell you this company is so far superior to the folks I had last time who really could't be bothered with my emitters. I give these guys an A+++!

they were out within an hour on a saturday and fixed the problem. fast, friendly, affordable service! definitely recommended
