There are con artist ,scamers,dont be fouled, don't trust them,great acting until you get the bill.even the free estimate is a lie,your better off with the dealership at least you get what you paid for and better warranty.

First they remanufactured my transmission last year, its still running hreay, my 2000 Dodge Durango, with over 160,000 runs beautifully, a few weeks ago, my serpentine belt broke, tearing up hoses and the waterpump, I called them, they told me to bring it right in, they fixed everything and guarantee all their work.
These guys are great mechanics, I will never trust anyone else with my baby. Thanks guys, Jen and Jamie

My transmission was refurbished and repaired in March 2013, and they have serviced it ever since. I bought the 3-year warranty on it after the repair, and they give a great discounted price every year when it's time to service. Just finished my second service under the warranty, and it was very painless. These folks are about quality and not quantity, and are great to work with from a customer's perspective. I highly recommend!

I have a 2002 Acura 3.2 TL Type-S with over 280K miles on it. I took it in about 18 months ago to have the transmission repaired. I had a few challenges with it for about 9 months. Each time I had trouble with it, I would bring it in for a free diagnosis. Each time everything looked fine. I was finally able to figure out how to reproduce the issue and took Bob for a test drive. Bob immediately said this was not right, and he would make it right. He took the car back in and pulled the transmission again and found the issue (this was not a common issue). Bob made this right and updated the firmware for my transmission at no additional charge! I have now been driving the car since then for 90+ days with no issues. The transmission is the best it has been in years, and with the firmware upgrade, I get better performance from my transmission than I ever had! I wanted to wait until I had driven the car for some time to see if everything is good, and I want to state that I am VERY please with the service and support I got from Bob at Trico Transmissions. Every business encounters challenges from time to time, it is how that business chooses to handle those challenges when they occur. Bob and his team with Trico went above and beyond to make things right with me.
