My new dental insurance, Delta, picked the dentist and said it was the only one in the area they covered. On the first visit, they gave me a list of what they said I needed. They wrote down a whole list on my bill of things they hadn't done yet. I asked why? They said it was for the first 5 visits. I paid them over a thousand dollars. However, they kept adding stuff to the bill every time and were doing the same thing to my husband. Yet they were not sending in anything to the insurance. Then they told my husband that he needed get a card for emergencies. However, it turned out to be a credit card and they started putting all these charges on the card for things that we didn't get. We are now fighting to get our money back. The insurance company is trying to help me but every time we call, no one answers. Do not go there! They do terrible work.
