I'm not sure about the reviews below mine, since this is supposed to be for Sally's Beauty Supply in Largo Mall, and they don't sell pizza or romance novels, but here is my review.



A lady with shoulder-length blond hair with dark rectangular glasses and a little overweight was very, very rude to me and did not even say good-bye, 'sorry it didn't work out', or anything when I returned an unused item that I just purchased only 2 hours earlier. It was totally unopened (nail gel kit), and only about $50, so there was no reason at all to be angry with me. I heard an audible sigh when I asked to return it. Seriously!



When I said 'Sorry', and 'Good-bye' at the end of the return...there was silence. Yes, silence. My goodness. I just can't believe you would treat a customer like that. I will never shop there again if I can help it. Especially if she is working. -

This is a great place to get a slice of pizza or two before a movie or while taking a break from shopping at Largo Mall. Pretty decent pizza and they have other items on the menu like subs, burgers, salads, and pasta dishes. Good friendly service at the counter, too.

I love their food. There is a wide variety to choose from and the staff is friendly!

This business treats its customers and potential customers poorly. A family member of mine spends hundreds of dollars of year at this store due to her crazy romance novel addiction. That's not really my point. Because of this, I KNOW they have a restroom. At some point, they have decided it is not a PUBLIC bathroom, even for their loyal customers and their families. They have a big sign on their door in the back that says Employee's only, NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. I was in there with the family member who spends all that money there and happened to have a bathroom emergency. I kindly asked if I could PLEASE use their restroom. I was told no, it was not a public restroom. I was just angered because I have worked in small retain stores before, and we always let the customers (people who have been browsing or shopping) use our restrooms. Ok, you may think that is petty, but here are some other beefs: I'd say 85% of their stock is trashy romance novels. You are not going to read or learn anything new from them. If your looking for intellect you will not find it in the used book section. They have signs everywhere telling people to turn off their cell phones. Fine whatever. But it's not a library with people trying to study. How hard is it to study a romance novel with a cell phone ringing? When they are looking for people to work their, their signs on the window say part time help, blah blah, blah...then get this: "NO STUDENTS". Ok, excuse me? I am not a student, but isn't this discriminatory? College students are often trying to pay their way through school. High schoolers should be ENCOURAGED to work part time so long as their grades do not suffer. And a bookstore is a good place to work. But not THIS ONE! Go to Barnes and Noble, Borders, wherever. They will gladly accept student applications. B and N and Borders also SMELL good...not like musty old books, and their employees will gladly help you find a book and direct you to the nearest restroom.
