Les, the owner, motivates each...

Les, the owner, motivates each class to push harder, get one last rep, do better than you think you can do. He doesn't care if you curse or sweat or bleed on his floor, his goal is to make each of us better athletes, better people and be better than we were yesterday. I know I leave each class HATING the workout but LOVING how I feel afterwards. CrossFit is a hard sport, and I am not much of an athlete anymore, but each class I attend I am inspired, I finish better than I did before, I feel better, I eat healthier, and I know that Les cares and wants me to achieve greatness.

This is a snippet from their website: At CrossFit Clearwater we train in small groups with a coach. We find this creates much more intensity than if you were to train alone. Our approach is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major university athletic teams and professional sports. CrossFit endeavors to bring state-of-the-art coaching techniques to the general public. We believe you can train elite athletes and your grandmother the same way you just have to vary intensity and load. We are all anatomically the same.
